Copy of Passport
A clear copy of your valid passport.
Invitation Letter
A formal invitation letter issued by the Safari Company you are hunting with.
The letter must be on the company’s letterhead and included with your application.
Copy of Itinerary/Flight ticket
A copy of your travel itinerary or flight ticket showing your planned travel dates.
Proof of Firearm Ownership – Firearm License
Proof of firearm ownership, either through a certified firearm license or relevant customs form.
For U.S. citizens: A certified US Customs Form 4457 is required. Ensure the form is stamped at a customs office with a date corresponding to the same year as the hunt.
For Europeans and other nationalities: A copy of the firearm license is required.
